You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.
This applies only to Raw Hair products (bundles, closures, frontals) that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition — unworn, uninstalled, uncolored, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
⚠️ Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
Virgin Hair
Tape-In and Clip-In extensions
Wigs (custom or ready-made)
Any opened, used, dyed, or altered products
Sale items and gift cards
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at silkandkink@gmail.com with photo or video evidence.
If confirmed, Silk and KINK will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement/refund.
When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped directly from our partner suppliers in Asia.
Average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
All displayed prices already include VAT where applicable.
Any customs duties or clearance fees remain the responsibility of the customer, according to the regulations of the destination country.
In most cases, customers do not have to pay anything extra, or may only incur small processing fees charged by the carrier (on average €10–15).
